Do 1 ThingMember TipsMember Product RecommendationsAbout MH Stake Emergency Prep

Do 1 Thing is a web-based preparedness program that focuses on a different area of emergency preparedness each month, and provides a range of preparedness options for each topic. Every month has a low or no-cost option to become better prepared.

If you have completed one of the monthly options in a previous year
it is recommended that you select a different option for this year.

  • Fact Sheet: A two page document that gives three suggestions of what you can do to compete a monthly task.
  • Video Supporting the Fact Sheet: Supports the Fact Sheet with clarifying information. This video is intended for those who may be presenting the subject matter to a group of people, or to assist parents who will be teaching their youth.
  • PowerPoint presentation: These are the presentation slides used in the video. Notes used for the script are included.
  • Resources: Links to other web content that may assist members in teaching or learning the subject matter.
  • Product References: Products used by, and recommended, by other members within our Stake.
